    In accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, Ormston Drylining LTD hereby outlines the actions and commitments undertaken during the financial year to ensure our operations and supply chains are free from modern slavery and human trafficking. 

    Ormston Drylining LTD, including all its subsidiaries, operates with the highest standards of integrity, respect, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, not only within the UK but in all areas we conduct business. We have zero tolerance for child labour, forced labour, and any forms of exploitation. Our commitment to ethical business practices is unwavering, and we continually strive to enhance our policies and procedures to combat modern slavery.

    To achieve these goals, we’ve implemented several key policies accessible via our company intranet, including Whistleblowing, Ethical Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Health, Safety, Security & Quality (HSSQ), Equal Opportunities, and Working Time Guidelines. These policies underscore our dedication to ethical operations and provide clear guidance for our employees and partners.

    Our rigorous due diligence processes ensure the integrity of our supply chains, including membership in recognised standards organisations, supplier assessments via questionnaires, and a focus on sourcing from reputable suppliers.     Education and Awareness

    We are developing a comprehensive training program aimed at educating our workforce on the importance of combating modern slavery, recognising the signs, and reporting concerns. This training extends across various levels of our organisation, from leadership to site management.
